US President Donald Trump has issued a tough message on Iran, saying the US will increase pressure on the country. President Trump vowed to launch a “very tough attack” on Iran, adding that Iran would be targeted again today.
President Trump added that he was still seeking a compromise on the nuclear deal with Iran, saying Tehran must sign the deal. President Trump insisted that Iran had agreed not to acquire nuclear weapons, saying, “All Iran has to do is sign the document. The deal is fully negotiated.”
The US president also noted that he had temporarily eased pressure on Iran in the past at Pakistan’s request. However, President Trump insisted that Iran was prolonging the process even as the parties neared an agreement, which would increase pressure again.

However, President Trump added that the United States could not promise whether critical infrastructure such as bridges or power plants would be targeted in the operation against Iran.
The oil market accelerated its rise in response to President Trump’s remarks. Brent crude oil futures rose 2.7% and US WTI crude oil rose 3.5%.
In addition to the Iran issue, President Trump also touched on the field of artificial intelligence (AI), announcing that he would soon meet with 15 top industry leaders. President Trump has argued that AI companies should provide greater benefits to the public and said he is consulting with industry leaders on the issue. He argued that advances in AI will bring economic benefits to society as a whole, saying, “Thanks to our efforts in the field of artificial intelligence, our people will become very wealthy.”
