According to Binance founder Changpeng Chao, several crypto industry leaders and top executives will be heading to the UAE to participate in the event scheduled for early December.
In Thursday’s X post, Chao mentioned four upcoming events in the Middle Eastern country. These include Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai, Abu Dhabi Finance Week, Milken Institute Middle East and Africa Summit 2025, and the Bitcoin MENA Conference in Abu Dhabi, all of which will be held from December 4th to 11th.
When asked which of the many events he would attend, the former Binance CEO said he would “mainly” attend Binance blockchain events.

The Dubai event will bring together some of the biggest names in the digital assets and financial technology industry, including Strategic Chairman Michael Saylor, Ripple Labs CEO Brad Garlinghouse, Solana Foundation Chairman Lily Liu, Polygon’s Sandeep Nailwal, and Abu Dhabi Blockchain Center CEO Abdullah Al-Dhaheri.
Binance senior executives Yi He, Richard Teng, Rachel Conran, and Binance VIP head Catherine Chen will also appear.

Bitcoin MENA Conference, Milken Summit in Abu Dhabi
The Bitcoin MENA Conference will once again be held in Abu Dhabi for its second edition, co-hosted by ADNEC Group and BTC Media. According to a press statement issued in September, the event aims to accelerate the adoption of digital finance and cryptocurrencies in the Middle East.
