Safello has announced an agreement with Bitgo Europe GmbH to strengthen its Crypto Custody Infrastructure.
This partnership integrates BITGO’s Advanced Custody Solutions into Safello’s existing setup, combining a 3-key multi-signature cold storage architecture with multi-party calculations with Threshold Signature Scheme (MPC-TSS). This technique eliminates a single point of failure by preventing the private key from being reconstructed or exposed. The implementation of Bitgo’s custody infrastructure allows Safello to ensure operational continuity while extending its service delivery to additional crypto assets. Safello CEO Emelie Moritz stressed that adding Bitgo as the second MPC-based Custody Solution coincided with the company’s commitment to security and technical resilience, and that Safello will be positioned for future growth.
