LOMOND SCHOOL in Scotland is the first academic institution in the United Kingdom, and accepted Bitcoin (BTC) tuition fees to represent the main stage of adopting encryption alcohol.

In a recent blog post, Lomond School has announced that it includes BTC as an option for payment for tuition. British school management explains that this decision was led by several factors, including innovation, which is part of Bitcoin’s independent thinking and innovation.
Lomond describes Bitcoin as a decentralized asset without central authority and can easily access and transfer, reflecting important principles such as democracy and inclusion.
The school’s statement is as follows.
… Bitcoin can be used by anyone who is willing to learn and sleep. It is especially more democratic and inclusive to people in developing countries that can access traditional banks. Lomond regards Bitcoin as a perfect real case study in the field of economy, computing, ethics and innovation.
Scottish School also shows that adopting a BTC as a payment alternative is caused by the significant demand of local parents and international agents and is accepted as a global financial asset in cryptocurrency.
But Lomond said that the school will only deal with Bitcoin only when it is distinguished from other cryptocurrencies in terms of “security, lack, transparency and elasticity.”
Lomond: Bitcoin Treasury is possible
In order to insist on the fear of blockchain security, Lomond said that these BTC payments will be received by regulatory and KYC compatible partners on behalf of schools. However, despite this encryption -friendly approach, Lomond said that all Bitcoin will be immediately shifted to the UK pound (GBP) in order not to deal with cryptocurrency volatility.
Nevertheless, there is a possibility of establishing the BTC Treasury Department to receive considerable support from the school community.

(Bitcoin) The Treasury is not an immediate change, but a step goal, and depends on the ability of the school to “stack” the SAT with responsibility over the community and time.
Lomond may be the first British school for bitcoin payments, but other countries have been exploring the use of premier cryptocurrencies for a long time. Some of these schools include WHARTON COLLEGE at the University of Pennsylvania, New York’s King’s College and El Salvador. Meanwhile, other academic institutions, such as Wyoming University, have developed sufficient resources to conduct fellow review studies on “digital gold.”
