Fixes in v3.1.0 include SingleAssetVault, which adds a vault to pool a single asset for use with the Lending Protocol.
Lending protocols add the ability to create loans. $XRP ledger. Loan brokers can use pooled funds from the Single Asset Vault to create fixed-term, unsecured loans. The protocol is highly configurable, allowing loan brokers to adjust risk appetite, depositor protection, and financial incentives.
‘fixBatchInnerSigs’ fixes an issue where internal transactions in Batch transactions are flagged as having valid signatures. This is because internal transactions do not have valid signatures.
These amendments are currently being voted on, with fixBatchInnerSigs nearing a majority, with current consensus at 70.59%.
Bug fixes addressed in rippled v3.1.0 include a fix to reorder batch preflight errors, allow dependencies to allow clients to use ‘libxrpl’, remove default field to default to ‘associateasset’, and expand number to support full integer range.
Considering this, RippleX urges server operators to update to rippled v 3.1.0 as soon as possible to ensure service continuity.

This week, Token Escrow (XLS-85) went live on the XRPL mainnet. This feature extends native escrow functionality. $XRP Applies to all Trustline-based tokens (IOUs) and multi-purpose tokens (MPTs).
