Plume has announced the launch of a new Real World Asset Alliance that brings together key players in the tokenized asset market.
summary
- Plume has partnered with WisdomTree, Morpho, and Centrifuge to launch the Global RWA Alliance.
- The partnership looks to expand and deploy real-world assets on-chain in collaboration with other tokenized asset market players.
- Plume recently registered as a transfer agent with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Global RWA Alliance, whose founding members include WisdomTree, Morpho, and Centrifuge, is Plume’s latest milestone as the tokenization trend gains new momentum.
According to a press release, the group aims to bring together the top players in the industry as part of a drive for further adoption of tokenized assets.
The partnership includes DigiFT, Nest, TopNod, Gate Web3, RWA.xyz, Mercado Bitcoin, and more.
“The launch of the Global RWA Alliance marks an important step towards unifying a fragmented ecosystem,” said Shukyee Ma, Chief Strategy Officer at Plume.
Ma noted that the real-world asset ecosystem is currently “one of the most promising growth categories in finance.” Despite growing interest, issues such as lack of standards, infrastructure gaps, and poor distribution are hindering adoption.

Alliance aims for global reach
To accelerate adoption, the alliance is targeting global expansion, with initial distribution focused on the United States and Asia Pacific.
However, a global presence that ensures cross-border access is key to the Alliance’s goals, including engagement with key stakeholders. This cross-industry initiative aims to bring together RWA issuers, platforms, regulators and infrastructure providers.
“Bringing issuers, platforms and regulators together under a neutral framework will accelerate adoption and lay the foundation for a globally interoperable tokenization market,” Ma added.
The partnership also aims to grow through new yield opportunities for investors, with Plume providing access to the platform’s modular yield infrastructure, Nest.
Nest has already integrated some of the world’s top providers, including OKX Earn, Galaxy, and Morpho.
Galaxy Digital launched a new retail trading app offering cryptocurrencies and stocks on Monday, October 6, 2025.
Plume and RWA traction
The announcement of this initiative comes on the heels of Plume’s regulatory milestone in which the company registered as a transfer agent with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Specifically, the platform currently has SEC approval and a transfer agent license to bring compliant record-keeping, transaction tracking, and fund management to the U.S. tokenized asset market.
Plume, on the other hand, boasts approximately $577.8 million in total value locked, with utilization of its tokenized vaults exceeding 90%.
