Meliuz, Latin America’s largest Bitcoin financing company, has completed its expansion into the US market by trading with OTCQX under ticker Mlizy. The company focuses on promoting proposals in the US market, aiming to attract foreign capital fascinated by Bitcoin initiatives.
Meliuz will move to the US market and begin trading on OTCQX
Melluse, a pioneer to become a Bitcoin Treasurer (BTC) in Brazil and Latin America (LATAM), has completed the process listed on OTCQX, opening the door to help North American investors with the company’s proposal to become the crypto giants of the region.
In a press release, Meliuz explained that from August 15th, market participants interested in owning the company can acquire shares in the Brazilian market and convert them into American Deposit Receipts (ADRs) that can be traded in the US market. Each ADR trading under the Mlizy ticker corresponds to two shares in the Brazilian market, and JPMorgan Chase is responsible for the conversion and supporting process of these shares.
Meliuz highlights the relevance of the listing, saying it will form part of “a strategy to expand international investors’ presence, increase stock visibility and enable potential financial transactions in the region.”
Furthermore, the company said the move “focused on strengthening its strategy as a Bitcoin financing company and continuing to increase the number of Bitcoin shares (plus Bitcoin yields) over the long term.”
Mellows Chairman Israel Salmen celebrated the event and labeled it as a major opportunity to expand access to Mellows’ business proposals. He said:
By participating in the OTC market, we will expand access to international investors and strengthen our ability to share our vision and long-term strategies with more audiences, a major milestone as a Bitcoin finance company.
Recently, Meliuz released its second quarter financial results, breaking records for several companies and increasing BTC yields to over 900%. The company holds 595.7 BTC, reaching the 46th spot in the BTC ranking.
