- Akave Cloud integrates with Filecoin to provide high-speed sovereign storage for enterprise use with long-term distributed durability.
- Features such as O3 Gateway, DataDrop and Snowflake integration allow for seamless corporate Web3 data management.
Data storage is still dominated by celebrities such as Amazon and Google, but Akave Cloud has chosen a different path. By integrating with the Filecoin network, they are trying to change the way companies accumulate and manage their data without sacrificing or controlling it. Yes, this project is more than just a dream. They are actually building infrastructure that could be a real alternative to traditional cloud storage.
Through a gateway called O3, Akave can access a distributed storage system that is still compatible with Web2 tools. Users can also upload, organize and encrypt data using smart contract-based access control systems. Everything runs on the FileCoin network.
They even offer a high level of durability and storage costs, claimed to be much cheaper than major cloud services. If you imagine it like Amazon’s S3, but you imagine it has a blockchain flavor, that’s the concept.
By integrating with Filecoin, @akavecloud allows businesses to combine the fast, sovereign storage provided by the Filecoin network with long-term durability. Keep up the amazing work! https://t.co/ov6huauhp4

Storage stored in court records from Filecoin Powers smart wallets
However, Akave is not the only one who is taking advantage of the possibilities of Filecoin. Meanwhile, CNF reported that Magmar has also jumped into the network. Through integration with Lighthouse, we launched a feature called File Vault. This is where you store your encrypted files directly inside your smart wallet. The idea is simple. Why is it not a critical file if you can store financial assets in your wallet?
This feature is designed to withstand censorship and is suitable for real applications, from important personal documents to institutional digital assets. In fact, it is already in use in healthcare and government.
According to a recent report, Filecoin also helps DocumentCloud have access to court documents and government records, even if the original site from which the file was published went offline. This directly touches on the public’s trust in access to information, not just technology.
We also looked at how Cryptomodels began permanently storing AI models in the Filecoin network at the beginning of July this year.
These models run directly on the user’s device without the need for backlinks (telemetry). This means that privacy is maintained and cannot be unilaterally removed by a central entity. It’s interesting to see AI and blockchain closely connected, especially in an approach that respects users’ rights.
Akave simplifies cloud migration with a touch of transparency in Web3
Back in Akave, they also introduced Datadrop, a simple drag-and-drop interface that allows you to easily migrate data from traditional clouds.
This feature allows users to move data from services such as AWS S3 and Google Cloud without the hassle of the process, and benefits such as end-to-end encryption and chain verification. Imagine if a company can save files as normal.
Additionally, to integrate snowflakes, companies can directly analyze data stored in FileCoin. This is where Akave’s approach shines. It combines the old world with a knowledgeable world with a more open and transparent infrastructure.
At the time of reporting, FIL has changed its hands at about the time of reporting. $2.25below 1.34% Market capitalization of $1.53 billion over the past 24 hours.
