Ethereum (ETH) price has fallen by 1.51% in the past 24 hours.
On the hourly chart, the ETH rate is close to the local support at $3,377. If buyers fail to take control, we expect the price to break through the level and then fall further to the $3,350 level.
Looking at the longer time frame, the price of the major altcoin is falling after accidentally breaking the $3,654 resistance.
If the daily candlestick ends on a long wick, the decline is likely to continue into the $3,300 range.
The situation is similar in the medium term. If the bulls lose the crucial $3,000 mark, we can expect the support at $2,857 to be tested soon.
At the time of writing, Ethereum is trading at $3,404.
