ETH/USD
The Ethereum (ETH) rate has fallen by 1% since yesterday.

On the hourly chart, ETH price is in the middle of a local channel between support at $2,971 and resistance at $2,993. Neither team is in the ascendancy, so it’s unlikely we’ll see any sharp moves before tomorrow.

The situation is similar for larger time frames. Volume continues to decline, which means that major altcoin rates have not yet accumulated enough strength.
In this case, the more likely scenario is for the price to trade sideways in the $2,950 to $3,050 range over the next few days.

From a medium-term perspective, the ETH price is trading within the previous bar range, confirming the lack of bullish and bearish strength. Overall, traders are unlikely to experience an increase in volatility anytime soon.
At the time of writing, Ethereum is trading at $2,984.
