CertiK, a leading Web3 security services provider, and global investment firm YZi Labs have partnered to strengthen security infrastructure for startups with the EASY Residency Incubation Program, which supports founders building long-term value in Web3, AI, and biotech.
As part of the partnership, CertiK will provide a $1 million audit grant and Skynet boosting and AI-powered security services, while YZi Labs will help connect CertiK with these startup projects, thereby improving security measures and ensuring sustainable development in the Web3 space.
This collaboration highlights a major shift in prioritizing risk management and code security in startup incubation, improving industry standards and supporting long-term ecosystem sustainability.
“Security is the foundation for long-term success, but for early-stage founders, security is often a high-stakes distraction while they chase product-market fit,” said Ella Zhang, head of YZi Labs. “Think of it like building a skyscraper. The founders need to focus on the architecture and vision, and CertiK acts as the structural engineer to ensure the frame is earthquake-resistant.”
“We believe that our cooperation with YZi Labs will significantly increase the security level of the project and provide the necessary guarantees for the long-term development of the project,” added Professor Ronghui Gu, co-founder and CEO of CertiK.
