CapitalB purchases 62 BTC for $7.13 million and increases its holdings to 2,075 BTC

Operating as Capital B (ALCPB) blockchain group, 62 Bitcoin acquisition completed

for about $71.3 million through a Luxembourg-based subsidiary.

The investment will raise the company’s total holdings to 2,075 BTC, and buy them at an average price of $104,803 per coin. The acquisition was funded by the issuance of $7.488 billion in convertible debt subscribed by the Tobam Bitcoin Alpha Fund.

Since the beginning of this year, Capital B has achieved an incredible BTC yield of 1,446% and a Bitcoin gain of around 578.5 BTC.

The move will strengthen our long-term Bitcoin financial strategy, focusing on increasing BTC per fully diluted share, and strengthen our position as a leader in Bitcoin-based financial structuring.

Capital B shares rose 1% on Tuesday, bringing profits from the start of the year to 760%.
