Bitcoin mining stocks earned money among crypto stocks in early trading Monday after BTC competed for the shy new A-live-time high of $123,000 (it retreated a bit before falling under $122,000).
Mara Holdings (Mara) traded almost 10% higher for around $20.95 in the first hour of the market opening, while Cleanspark (CLSK) went below 7.5% to $13.59.
Fellow mining companies Core Scientific (Corz) and Riot Platforms (Riot) saw a slightly modest profit of 4%-5% in early trading.
Away from the mining sector, other prominent crypto stocks such as Strategy (MSTR) and Galaxy Digital (GLXY) were both around 3.75% higher, with gains for Coinbase (Coin) and Circle (CRCL) being less than 2%.
