Market watchers are growing concerned about the supply dynamics of Binance Life tokens. New analysis suggests that a significant portion of that circulating supply may be secretly controlled by a small group of insiders.
According to research shared by TKResearch Trading, a token’s apparent liquidity can be misleading compared to its actual tradable supply.
Circulating supply and real liquidity
The total circulating supply of Binance Life tokens is reported to be 1 billion tokens, but the breakdown reveals a different picture beneath the surface.
According to the data, approximately 816 million tokens are currently held at addresses linked to the exchange. Taking into account these holdings, the effective liquidity supply available for active trading drops sharply to approximately 184 million tokens, many of which are already locked.
This imbalance suggests that a large portion of the supply is not actively circulating in the market. In fact, it potentially amplifies the impact of concentrated buying and selling activity.
Accumulation of whales intensifies
On-chain data over the past 60 days shows active accumulation by a few large holders.
Two Externally Owned Accounts (EOAs) have collectively withdrawn 59 million tokens from Binance, with an estimated average participating price of approximately $0.06. This level is considered relatively low and indicates early or strategic positioning.
Further analysis revealed that the top three wallets currently control approximately 77.5 million tokens. This corresponds to approximately 9.5% of the supply held by exchanges, but more significantly, it corresponds to approximately 42% of the actual circulating supply of the token.
Supply absorption raises questions in the market
The concentration of stock in a few large companies and shrinking liquid supplies have led some analysts to suspect that insiders and organized firms are influencing the market.
Even with all this accumulation, the price hasn’t moved much. On the other hand, this type of quiet buying often precedes large price movements. Selling pressure may decrease when there are fewer tokens on an exchange, and price volatility may increase if demand increases.
Analysts are keeping a close eye on Binance Life Token to see if this trend leads to a breakout or raises concerns about too much control by a minority of holders.
