Symbiosis Finance, a multi-chain liquidity protocol that enables cross-chain token swaps from various blockchain networks, today announced a strategic expansion to X1 EcoChain, an EVM-compatible layer 1 DEPIN blockchain network that provides a green and scalable solution for decentralized applications.
According to today’s announcement, Symbiosis is currently promoting new governance proposals to extend its multi-chain liquidity protocol to X1 EcoChain and allow more assets and data to move between the two decentralized networks without barriers.
The new governance proposal is now available for voting.
We propose to extend Symbiosis to @X1_EcoChain, an EVM-compatible layer 1 network. This integration enables official bridging of USDC, USDT, and wETH between Ethereum and X1.

Symbiosis leverages X1 EcoChain’s DEPIN infrastructure
The entry into x1 EcoChain is part of Symbiosis’ growth strategy to drive multi-chain connectivity across the broader Web3 world. This integration demonstrates Symbiosis’ focus on extending support to more chains through the deployment of a cross-chain interoperability network on X1 EcoChain.
X1 EcoChain is a decentralized, energy-efficient DEPIN blockchain that powers more than 6,500 physical nodes in 65 countries, providing real-world resources such as decentralized computing power to a global digital network. X1 EcoChain provides a scalable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly environment for decentralized applications by running a Proof-of-Authority (PoA) consensus mechanism and low-power x1Nodes. Its PoA consensus mechanism and scalable infrastructure power a decentralized and resilient ecosystem that solves cloud computing challenges, such as the costs and bottlenecks associated with traditional centralized data centers.
With the above integration, Symbiosis can now connect its cross-chain interoperability network to the DEPIN ecosystem on X1 EcoChain and leverage DEPIN’s reliable, cost-effective, and scalable distributed computing power to support a variety of Web3 applications on a multi-chain platform.
Web3 Advancing the future of cross-chain interoperability
With this introduction, Symbiosis’ cross-chain token transfer and common message passing standards are now integrated into the new leading interoperability network, X1 EcoChain’s DEPIN ecosystem. This increased connectivity allows Symbiosis’ cross-chain token transfer and common message passing standards to support a wide range of multi-chain interactions across numerous chains and projects connected to X1 EcoChain, strengthening its position as the leading solution for cross-chain interoperability.
The X1 EcoChain integration aims to extend the reach of Symbiosis’ cross-chain token transfer and common message passing standards to multiple EVM chains. This will enable decentralized applications using Symbiosis’ cross-chain token transfer and common message passing standards to effectively connect with more EVM chains, opening new opportunities to expand their user base and gain access to the larger Web3 market.
