Bitcoin price has been trending sideways for several weeks now with no clear direction as to where the digital asset will head next. There were some buyers during this period, but demand was largely overwhelmed by supply. As the scramble to determine where the bottom will be continues to unfold, cryptocurrency analyst Crypto Patel has also done his best to suggest when is the ideal time to enter Bitcoin and reap the most profits.
If Bitcoin falls below this point, it is a generational opportunity
Analysis shared on the After recovering above $71,000, there were expectations that the bear market would finally end. However, some, like Crypto Patel, expect it to fall further.
Crypto analysts expect the Bitcoin price to actually show a recovery instead of rising entirely. However, instead of stopping at $60,000 like previous downtrends, Patel predicts that Bitcoin will eventually fall below the established support level at $60,000.
Analysis suggests it will initially enter the $50,000 area. However, this is not the end as the possibility of a break below $50,000 remains on the table. This means sticking with the previous bear market cycle in which Bitcoin price fell by more than 60%.
Despite this being particularly bearish in the short term, cryptocurrency analysts suggest this could be a blessing in disguise. According to the post, if BTC price breaks through this low, now would be the perfect time to buy. For this reason, analysts call it a ‘generational buying opportunity.’
Despite this, Crypto Patel continues to preach about the strength of Bitcoin and asks investors to “snap back” and not panic. As the analyst explained, investors will only lose money here if they allow their emotions to really dictate their actions.
