The leader of a blockchain lending network who recently bought real estate in the UK has sold off some of his Ethereum holdings as the market continues to lose a year’s worth of profits in just one week.
Aave founder Stani Kulechov offloaded approximately 4,503 Ether late Thursday as the token fell below the $2,000 level. The sale was reported by cryptocurrency market transaction monitoring account Lookonchain, which cited data from Arkham Intelligence that confirmed the stash sold for approximately $1,857 per coin.

The address that Arkham attributes to Kulechov indicates that Ethercoin was sold through multiple swaps via the CoW protocol settlement agreement.
At the time of writing, the second-largest coin by market capitalization was trading at around $1,963. That price level is a slight price correction; $ETH Kulechov sold the coin for more than its value.

According to Arkham Intelligence records, an address starting with 0x8036e34d believed to belong to Kulechov sent wrapped ether (WETH) in at least five chunks to the CoW Protocol: Settlement within the last three hours of Thursday night.
The relocation was followed by a nearly matched influx. $USDC Return to the same wallet. This indicates that Kulechov was performing a swap. The largest leg of the series shows that 2,084,000 WETH was sent to a CoW settlement address approximately 6 hours before Lookonchain’s report.
Another tranche included 1.012 million WETH routed to the settlement agreement, followed by 1.884 million WETH. $USDC 792.509 Reverse flow by exchanging additional leg of WETH to 1,462,000 $USDC479.437 WETH for 884,681 $USDC.

The five WETH outflows totaled 4,503.6 WETH, with a total transaction totaling approximately $8.36 million nominally executed.

According to Aave CEO, portfolio At Arkham, $ghost is a major asset on a value basis. This address currently holds 84,034,000 coins worth approximately $8.98 million, with a token price of approximately $106.83.
