DigiFT, a regulated digital asset exchange focused on institutional RWA, has partnered with Hines, a global real estate investment manager, to support on-chain tokenization and distribution of indirect investments in real estate portfolios managed by Hines.
The service provides tokenized access to funds that invest in global real estate portfolios worth over $6 billion. It is available only to accredited, professional and institutional investors and is distributed through a regulated digital infrastructure without changing the underlying fund structure or regulatory framework.
DigiFT’s regulated infrastructure will enable digital issuance and ownership tracking alongside existing fund arrangements, and Hines will contribute years of investment and operational expertise. This partnership is one of the early examples of on-chain distribution for indirect investment in institutional quality private real estate.
