Balcony, a platform focused on real estate tokenization for government procurement, has partnered with Chainlink to integrate the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE) into the Keystone system, enabling on-chain management of over $240 billion in real estate assets.
This integration enables Balcony to use verifiable government-sourced parcel data on-chain, forming a transparent foundation for programmable real estate assets. Keystone digitizes and manages asset records on a tamper-proof blockchain, creating a unified “chain of ownership” that improves data integrity, reduces fraud, and streamlines ownership transfers for government agencies.
Through this partnership, Balcony will advance its goal of modernizing the public real estate system by combining blockchain and AI to provide accessible and trusted real estate data. Chainlink’s oracle infrastructure ensures secure data connectivity and verification across decentralized systems and supports the orchestrated deployment of on-chain real-world assets.
