Mexican billionaire businessman Ricardo Salinas Priego has claimed that the value of Bitcoin (BTC) will rise at least 14 times, catching up with and then surpassing gold.
“Bitcoin has risen at least 14x (approximately $1.51 million), caught up with gold, and will continue to surpass gold. Save this post,” Salinas wrote in a post on the X Platform.
When a follower asked, “I told you to buy it for $124,000, how is it going now?”, Salinas replied, “I told you to buy it for $30, $60, $80, $100, $124 and now $108, no problem.”
When another user asked, “What about XRP? What do you think?” the famous billionaire replied with one word: “Shitcoin.” At the time of writing, XRP price is 2.35.
At the time of writing, the price of Bitcoin (BTC) has increased by 1.31% in the past 24 hours to $106,864, giving it a market capitalization of $2.13 trillion.
